Survey of our 5 acres

Here it is… the preliminary of our 5 acres… It’s on the drawing board.

This is our Land!!! We have almost 5 acres of land with approximately 20 large oak trees, some in clumps. We have paid for 2 Arborist evaluations to determine the health and sizes of our many trees. The land has one 2000 sf house which will form the foundation of our future common house. We also have a gazebo and several smaller structures which will be utilized as common property. Houses of approximately 1000sf will be place between the trees facing onto a central park.
