The Pool House has a 16′ Spa / Swim Pool in one half and an outdoor kitchen in the other in. All walls are screened. No Solid Windows. Perhaps an outdoor fireplace. Perhaps a bathroom for taking a shower. This will probably be built with leftover materials from other buildings.
