This is our Land!!! We have almost 5 acres of land with more than 6 large oak trees, some in clumps. We have paid for 2 Arborist evaluations to determine the health and sizes of our many trees. The land has one 2000 sf house which may form the foundation of our future common house. We also have a gazebo and several smaller structures which can be utilized as common ammenities. Houses of 500 – 1200 sf will be situated between the trees facing onto a central park.

This survey shows our “L” shaped property, with Davis Road on the Left or West side. North is the top of the survey. Our 2 tree surveys were done in 2001 by a licensed Arborist and every tree with a diameter of 24″ or greater was examined and graded based on it’s condition. Each of the protected trees in good condition are highlighted in Green; the trees in Fair condition are in Yellow, and the trees in Poor condition are marked in Red.
