Harmony Terrace: near Temple Terrace in the Tampa Bay area.

Our Neighborhood

Our almost 5 acre site is like an island in the busy Temple Terrace area. There are 2 churches on our borders: the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa (North) and St. Marks Mar Thoma Church (South) of us. There is more vacant land East of us which we could possible expand into at a later date. An entrance ramp to I-75 is just past all of our land, to the East.

Is there noise from the nearby highway? Yes. A steady “white” or “brown” noise most of the time. If you’re talking, or indoors, or thinking, or singing, or planting, the noise is not usually noticeable. Across the street on the West, within the city limits of Temple Terrace, is a TECO electric company lot and a mobile home park. Public transportation runs hourly North and South on Davis Road, connecting to all of Tampa public transportation.
